How a sale works here.
Buying real estate in Santa Fe NM starts with a search. You tell us what you want and we email you new listings the day they reach the MLS. We show you the homes and tell you what each one is worth. When you find the one, we write the offer, negotiate for you, and handle inspection, appraisal, and title through closing.
Selling is four things. We price it right. We tell you which repairs are worth making before you list, and if you want the work done, our maintenance team is available. We list it on the Santa Fe MLS with professional photos, and the MLS feed puts it on Zillow, Realtor.com, and every site that carries Santa Fe listings. What is different about Santa Fe New Mexico real estate.
Two questions come up in almost every Santa Fe New Mexico real estate deal. The first is water. City addresses have city water and sewer. Many homes outside the city, in areas like Las Campanas, Tesuque, and Eldorado, are on wells and septic, and water rights can change what a property is worth. The second is construction. Real adobe and wood frame with stucco over it can look the same from the street and need different upkeep. We help you understand which one you are looking at.
