Sell your home with people who know Santa Fe.
Selling a house is a big deal. Sometimes it has to happen fast. We price it right, get it ready, and handle everything through closing. You deal with one broker the whole way.

Decades selling Santa Fe homes, and we still answer our own phones.
Your home goes on the same MLS and the same websites as it would with a big brokerage. The difference is who you deal with. Here, the broker who lists your house is the one who sells it.
- Born and raised in New Mexico, decades in this market
- Our own maintenance staff to get your home ready
- Free market analysis, no strings
- BBB accredited, Santa Fe Association of REALTORS® members
Four things we do for every seller.
We price it right
We look at what sold near you, what is for sale now, and what buyers are telling us this month. Then we give you a number we can defend. A home priced right gets offers in the first weeks, when the most people are looking.
We get it ready
We have managed rental homes for decades, so we know which repairs matter and which don’t. Our maintenance staff can do the work before you list, usually for less than a contractor.
We market it everywhere
Professional photos. A listing description written by the broker who walked your house. The Santa Fe MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, social media, and the buyers and brokers we already know.
We talk to every buyer
When someone calls about your home, they get your broker, not an assistant. The same broker negotiates your offers, handles the inspection, and is at the table when you close.
What’s your home worth?
Send us the address and a few details. Samantha will come see the house, look at recent sales nearby, and give you a real number. No charge, no pressure.
Common questions
What happens in a market analysis?
Samantha walks through your home, pulls recent sales and current listings nearby, and gives you a price range and a plan. It is free and there is no obligation.
Should I fix things before I list?
Some things, yes. Fresh paint and a clean yard pay for themselves. A new kitchen usually doesn’t. We will walk through and tell you what is worth doing.
Do you sell outside Santa Fe?
Yes. Eldorado, Los Alamos, White Rock, Pojoaque, Taos, and the villages in between.
