Buy a home in Santa Fe with someone who grew up here.
First home, second home, or the one you have been planning for years. We will show you the neighborhoods, tell you what a house is really worth, and walk you through closing.

Local matters more here than most places.
Two Santa Fe houses with the same price and square footage can be completely different to live in. One faces the mountains and one faces the road. One is on city water and one is on a well. One is in a historic district and one isn’t. We know which is which, because we have lived here our whole lives.

I’m buying a second home. What should I think about?
How often you will be here, whether you want a condo you can lock and leave or a house with land, and who will check on it when you are gone. We do that last part. Ask about home concierge.
What is a “Santa Fe style” home?
Flat roof, stucco walls, wood beams, a corner fireplace. Some are real adobe. Most built after 1960 are wood frame with stucco over it. Both are fine. They just need different upkeep, and we will tell you which one you are looking at.
What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
In most Santa Fe sales the buyer’s broker is paid out of the transaction. We go over exactly how that works for any home before you make an offer.
